I just finished playing Plants vs. Zombies on steam and I have to say that it’s amazing. It has great replay value. Even after you finish it, you still have a lot of new things to do. You can replay the old levels and, in addition to that, you can check out the other modes as well. You have to finish Adventure mode to be able to play puzzle mode and the others. It’s so fun to play and I’m so glad I did. I highly, highly, highly recommend this game to anyone who has a steam account.

If you don’t have a steam account, it’s free to download and install. This game was only around $10.

Xbox Kinect

I’m sure you guys have heard of the new Xbox Kinect. It’s sort of like an upgraded version of the Wii. I’ve been watching parts of E3 and I came across the demo for the Kinect. It started with a cute little girl playing this game called “Kinectimals”

The little girl was so cute and the game looks great. I’m sure children are going to love playing this game. I sure hope that Kinect will work this well when people purchase it. Apparently you don’t need a controller to play and it’s a lot more interactive. It gets gamers out of their couches and into the action. I’m really looking forward to trying it out.

E3, 3DS and Professor Layton!

So if you guys have been watching E3 and reading up on what’s new you’d know about the 3DS. It’s pretty sweet and it’s not like the current upgrades that have come out recently. This is truly amazing. From what they say about it, it can display 3D graphics without requiring glasses. I mean it has so many features and capabilities that the DS Lite lacks. Just read the article about it here.

Nintendo 3DS

It has such a clean design and the modifications on it look great. The GBA slot is still missing, but its other features more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a gift for Christmas this year, don’t forget to pick up a 3DS for your loved ones. They will surely love it! I don’t know when it’s coming out or how much it is. If you guys know please let me know in the comments ^__^ Also, let me know what you are looking forward to getting or playing from what you’ve heard or seen at E3.

Before I forget, you have to check out the trailer to the new Professor Layton game coming out for the DS. It looks awesome. The story sounds so interesting. I can’t wait to get it, but first I have to finish Diabolical box 😛 Click here to view the trailer.

I know I haven’t made a post in a while. I’ve been busy with tutorials and what not. I also started playing Plants vs. Zombies. At first, I had seen a review for this game on Classic Game Room (on YouTube) and I just thought that it was silly. Once you start playing it though, it’s actually pretty good. It’s a really fun game and it’s only $9.99. For a cheap game, you’re getting more than what you paid for in my opinion. So if you have a steam account or don’t have a steam account you should definitely check this out. It’s a must have in your steam collection. If you don’t have steam, it’s really easy to sign up.

Just recently I had done an interview with Tyler Nagata, an Editor for GamesRadar. I had sent him my work and shortly after, sent me a message on my YouTube account. I was astonished and at first I didn’t know if I was contacted by the right person. I was shocked by it and I decided to email back. He sent me some questions by email and the rest is history. I’m so glad that he decided to feature me on their game site. Click here for the article. This situation is surreal in a way because I had never in a million years think that I would be interviewed by a very successful gaming site. It’s an amazing opportunity and this really helps me get noticed by other crafters and gamers out there.

I’ve been on a very long hiatus when it comes to gaming. Recently I’ve been hearing a lot about new games coming up including Super Scribblenauts and Final Fantasy XIII. I really like Scribblenauts. Even though there are some glitches in it, it is still a really fun game. I love how you can use almost anything to your advantage.

Final Fantasy XIII is really different from the other FF games from what I’ve heard. I’m really interested in trying these two games out. However, I’m without a 360 at the moment and I need to get one.

I should also probably invest in a PS3 as well since they’re coming out with good games for it. I’ve seen DSP’s gameplay on YouTube for Heavy Rain. It’s a really interesting concept and I’m truly impressed with the way it’s set up. The story is not very complicated but it is very engaging. Even if you’re just watching someone play it, you get attached to the characters. Character development is really well done and you go through a range of emotions with this one.

I’d like to know what you guys are looking forward to playing this year. Please leave a comment if you’d like =)

Recently I started contacting several  people and showed them work. I never actually thought that they would reply so quickly. I was even featured on Kotaku, which is amazing. Kotaku is one of the most successful video game blogs on the internet.  Here is the link to the article. However, I had contacted the naked gamers earlier and Dustin Deckard, the creator of the blog, featured me on their page as well. Here is the link to his article. Dustin had done an email interview with me and I’m really happy with the way it came out.

Here are other blogs and websites showcasing my work:

Game Set Watch

4 Color Rebellion

Gamer Blips

I just want to thank all of these bloggers and anyone else who has featured me on their webpage or blog. You have really helped me get more exposure. In total, my video views have increased by the thousands. I have also gotten more YouTube subscribers ^_^
